![]() ![]() Speaking of settings, there's really not a whole lot you can do here. ![]() The configuration within the app was not laid out anywhere near as logical as the normal Meraki dashboard was, and required a lot of hunting around to find the correct settings. My first turnoff was being forced into using a mobile app (which I knew when I was going into this), or a web UI that looked like a poorly skinned mobile app. I finally broke down and purchased the GX20 security gateway as I was looking for a router without Wi-Fi (as I have a separate access point) but something that was a bit more stable than my current home router and was easy to configure and manage. When Meraki released their Meraki Go line it piqued my interest as on the surface the hardware all looked nearly identical to their normal gear, with what I assumed was a different firmware. I've managed the "normal" Meraki gear for several years and have been on the lookout for a cost-affordable solution for home for awhile, as I didn't want to get stuck into paying for ongoing licensing.
